Inflatable vs hard shell kayak?

What do you prefer and why? I like my hard shell, but I am curious about the inflatable ones.

Inflatble er easyer to get around. But I prefere Hard shell. But if you can only get an Inflatble around. They Are just fine

Are you paddling anywhere near oyster beds?  Would think inflatable would be at risk for puncture.  How well does an inflatable handle wind?
