If I arrive from a flight in the morning, is it ok to shore dive the same day, as long as I stay above 25'?

Diving after flying is fine. You need to have time after diving, before flying, to allow all the accumulated nitogen to clear your system. The danger is going from higher pressure; depth or ground level, to lower pressure; shallow or up in an airplane.

Yeah for sure it’s fine, you can dive at any depth after a plane ride, just you can’t dive before a plane ride.

yep, no problem. Go for it I would. Just give yourself atleast 18 hours after you last dive before you fly. Your computer should tell you when its ok to fly. I usually play golf on my last day. lol

I agree with the previous comments. You should be ok the day you fly in but not the day you fly out.

Agreed with others. O.K. after flying but not so beforehand. Depending on depth and duration may require different amounts of time to wait prior to flying. Definitely not worth taking any chances. I usually wait at least 24 hours.
