Mine was a kingfish as well, but it was 36" you beat me by a few inches, I loved the fight as well. We smoked it and made a dip out of it, and it was very very good.

3ft mahi mahi in Aruba. Filleted and on the grill within an hour, yum!

Swordfish 16' , 46 basking shark, 152" tuna, 8' halibut all of these where commercial caught
