I just got my EFR instructor certification. Are their essentials that I should purchase for first aid?

Here are a few extras I keep in my kit.

• trauma shears (titanium coated)
• O2 tank key
• steri-strips
• small flashlight
• safety pins
• small zip lock with O-rings (because why not)
• Tylenol (check expiration dates)
• motion-sickness medication (check expiration)
• Waterproof notepad and pen (always make notes that include the time for EMS)
• Waterproof matches (I keep these in all my first aid kits)
