Water and Gatorade do the trick for me!

Same here, I have found to like a diluted mix of water and gatorade works well.  I use a 3-1 ratio water/gatorade  which maximizes the cost value, but keeps water as the primary form of hydration.  What do you do?

Agreed I typically stick with drinking more water than Gatorade but if you only drink water you can flush out the salt in your bossy which is a different form of dehydration so having at least one bottle of Gatorade to at least two bottles of water works for me

Water and Gatorade for day dives. And hot tea or cocoa is always great after a cooler dive or a night dive!

Always keep a big cup of plain water on hand. It may sound odd but a lid with a big straw makes it easier to drink while in the boat. Also quicker to drink down so i end up drinking more volume.

Hate to repeat, but you can’t beat water and Gatorade. Remember, you need electrolytes.
